Lumie Studio,
Email Marketing Partner
A balance of structure, clarity, and warmth shapes Lumie Studio into a thoughtful, reliable partner in email marketing.
BEFORE THE REBRAND
Debbie is a professional email marketer with over eight years of experience, working with medium to large companies across industries including luxury, travel, and B2B.
Prior to the rebrand, her business operated under the name Grit and had a set of brand assets, including a logo, colour palette, website, and illustrations. While these elements had served the business, they lacked consistency, personality, and structure. As a result, the brand no longer reflected the quality of service provided or positioned the business as the trusted industry expert it had become.
Debbie wanted to reposition the brand as the ideal team member—smart, innovative, dependable, and enjoyable to work with—while maintaining a strong sense of authority, expertise, and trust.
Over time, a gap emerged between what the brand communicated and the experience clients actually received. The business had evolved into a team of thoughtful email marketing specialists known for innovative solutions and a warm, responsible approach, but the brand wasn't reflecting that reality.
As Debbie put it, "If someone looks at it, I want them to smile and feel they'll be in good hands." They needed a brand system that accurately communicated who they are and helped potential clients understand their value before the first conversation even begins.
AFTER THE REBRAND
The rebrand transformed Grit into Lumie Studio—a brand that feels as thoughtful, capable, and approachable as the people behind it.
The new identity positions Lumie as the email partner lean marketing teams can rely on. Rather than presenting itself as another agency, the brand communicates the feeling of having a dedicated expert integrated into your team—someone who brings strategic thinking, innovative solutions, and dependable support.
The visual identity combines professionalism with personality, creating a balance between authority and approachability. The brand feels knowledgeable without being intimidating, polished without feeling corporate, and friendly without losing credibility.
Most importantly, the rebrand closes the gap between perception and reality. It reflects the level of expertise, care, and innovation behind the service, helping potential clients understand who Lumie is, how they work, and what makes them different before they ever interact with the team.
Today, the brand presents Lumie as a trusted extension of its clients' teams—smart, collaborative, and genuinely invested in their success. It creates the feeling Debbie envisioned from the beginning: confidence, trust, and the reassurance that they're in good hands.
