NB Studio Policy: Project Scheduling, Payment & Engagement

To ensure a smooth collaboration, clear expectations, and high-quality outcomes, the following engagement terms apply to all projects.

Payment structure

All projects are billed 100% upfront prior to the start of work.

This payment secures studio production time, planning, and availability for the agreed scope.

All prepaid fees are non-refundable and applied to work completed and time reserved.

Project structure & feedback cadence

Each project is divided into clearly defined stages.

After each stage delivery, clients are provided 5 business days to review and share consolidated feedback.

Each stage is intentionally structured to allow sufficient time for review, alignment, and decision-making.

Client involvement

To avoid additional costs and unnecessary delays, clients are expected to remain active, responsive, and engaged throughout the project timeline, and respectful of scheduled production time.

Timely communication and feedback are essential to maintaining continuity and avoiding project pauses or re-onboarding fees.

Project pauses

If feedback is not received within the agreed review window (5 days), the project will be placed on hold automatically.

While a project is on hold:

  • The prepaid project fee remains applied to work completed to date

  • Remaining stages are paused and scheduled once the project resumes

  • Studio availability during the pause is not guaranteed
